Celebrate Hope Ministries is a Christian Ugandan ministry reaching out through the local church to people's spiritual and physical needs in communities in Southern Uganda.
Our dream is embedded in 4 key ministry areas:
• To equip the church through a well-trained leadership
• To give support to needy children and orphans
• To initiate household improvement projects and care for HIV infected and affected people
• To participate in health education and prevention of disease
The overall goal of the above objectives is create sustainable churches and communities through training Pastors and church leaders, assist families to establish coffee plantations, start piggery and poultry projects, support a child and his/her family gain economic independence, raise shelter for orphans left in dilapidated homes. Prevention of malaria, HIV and medical missions.
CHM was incorporated in Uganda on December 18th, 2009 and was already fully operational in January 2010. We stepped out in faith aiming at seeing a mission oriented church that is able to respond to the needs of families and individuals living in their local communities. We're called to focus on Rakai District in Southern Uganda.
God has been faithful through our partnership to reach our Vision and goals of Community transformation in Rakai. In this Coming year, We’re putting emphasis on Church and ministry development. We’re planning to buy a tent, chairs, mattresses and other supplies to enable us reach out to the churches with Leadership transformation and Spiritual revival meetings because we see change coming to Rakai but we don’t want people to be revived but forget God their creator neither do we want to see people forget their God because of poverty and suffering. So Spiritual formation, Leadership Development, Community transformation and church development are all embedded in our purposed program of Church and Ministry Development Program.
